All arrangements for audio/visual support must be finalized at least 2 weeks prior to the day of the event. The organization sponsoring the event is responsible for contacting the Technical Staff at 412-648-7821 to reserve equipment. You must have an event reference number from the William Pitt Union Reservations Office to place an order. University Departments and Academic Centers are charged for all services to their University account number. Student organizations registered with the Student Life office, through the Student Organization Resource Center (SORC), may be provided with audio/visual service at no charge. Please call for a complete equipment listing or to receive an estimate.
